Dr. Riggins R. Earl’s
primary research is in
the area of the history
and the religious moral
life of Black Americans.
He teaches courses in
ethics; the moral
dimensions of the Civil
Rights Movement; the
church, ethics, and
public policy; and Black
film as a genre of
theological reflection.
His significant
