The Presidents Council was organized in January of 1974 under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Sandy F. Ray. The purpose being to bring the presidents of all the clubs and organizations of Cornerstone under one umbrella in order to address their business and concerns. The first president was Mrs. Virginia Burke and the second and current president is Mrs. Anolia Eleby.

The members of the Presidents Council include the presidents of all the clubs and organizations of Cornerstone Baptist Church. These represent all stratum of the Cornerstone family - a literal rainbow of men, women and children.
