The Trustee Board follows the 4 M Factor
- Trustees with the Pastor and Deacons are co-Managers of the Church's finances and property.
- Trustees are responsible for the care and Maintenance of the Church's physical properties.
- Trustees are to be an example of the Ministry of the Church by providing a "spiritual trust" to provide the means for God to become real in its member's lives.
- Trustees worship experiences are to be examples of the support of the Church's Mission.
